Scrolling with selected text deselects it

Recently updated to dev v4.13.6-34a61da1.

Scrolling while some text is selected text will deselect it. Therefore cannot copy a post text that is longer than what's currently displayed on screen. This didn't occur on previous versions I tested.

Scrolling works fine with text selected for me, although bumping to the end of a thread does deselect it
