Board refreshes oddly after submitting report log

I used the app to send a log and the board would be completely blank after trying to refresh the board page for a couple seconds, instead of continuing to show the threads and toolbar while refreshing. I'm not entirely sure if they are related, but it started right after sending it, and that's all that I did. Example below:

Can't replicate in stable 4.13.6, so could be introduced after that if this isn't just a one off

Just had this happen again. It doesn't seem to happen every time, but still quite often.

I have also noticed that opening the "report a problem or crash" menu takes a long time to load if you've just sent one. It gets stuck on this screen for about 10 seconds

This will be resolved when I get around to #1255; I already know how I'm gonna do that, so it'll probably happen this weekend.
