[FEAT] Test padding modifications on URL bar

Describe the solution you'd like Add more padding to the URL bar to be more consistent with Safari. Can be hard to drag in some instances. Firefox Screen Shot 2022-03-10 at 9 46 40 pm Safari Screen Shot 2022-03-10 at 9 47 00 pm

Font sizes may need some tweaking also
