[FEAT] Translusent effect

I might be too much to ask but would it be possible to have a translucent effect on dark mode

The safari with it's dark mode looks so cool. while scrolling the menu bar shows a blurred version of the site so sweet I found 1 or 2 repo Blurred Fox moz-mac hope their css still works

Would be nice, but there are a few compatibility issues across MacOS, Windows and Linux with transparency and window management. If someone in the community is willing to help out with this and submit a pull request, i'd be happy to include it
