Does not seem to walk nested folders

We have jobs which are 2 levels deep in folders. When we attempt to add these jobs to BuildReactor they cannot be found...

Can supply API requests if that helps, just let me know what requests you need.

For example one of our jobs is vpc/master/vpc-cengciss001-plan.

You can see it sees the vpc and master layers, but not the children jobs (which are the actual content).
