Directive highlighting

Should all built-in directives be highlighted as builtins? Should some or all of them be highlighted as keywords? What face should be applied to user-defined directives?

As for me, I can't see the difference between keywords and built-in directives in template syntax. Maybe people see v-if v-for as extensions of JavaScript keywords, or maybe there's another reason I didn't consider.

Anyway, I'm just a single vocal user, we should definitely wait for more opinions!
