Create dialog specific to withdrawal/deposit

When you click +/- on the account screen, it seems weird to then have the checkbox show up again, so it might be better to have a single dialog for withdrawal and deposit.

This could be weird if they instead hit the plus icon on the transactions screen itself, but maybe we can show the switch in that case and not show it in others.
