They are weird because anyone can pick up the items that get dropped. Maybe they are normal items with no owner?

Having plugins start/stop each other is pretty bad UX, and not something we do anywhere else, and usually the problem can be better solved another way.

Some recent changes have caused some newer versions of the Intel HD Graphics drivers to no longer work. I've heard downgrading to version 15.40.42.5063 from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18369/28662/intel-graphics-driver-for-windows-15-40.html fixes it.

I don't think this makes sense because there is still impling mode NOTIFY despite a separate notification option existing. This means you could enable the notification but still not receive...

Did you confirm that this issue happens in safe mode, as the bug report template instructs?

I am not too sure why this is required, if it is needed for tracking jewellery crafting then include it as a commit in a PR for that.
