Custom attributes with emojis (possibly quoted atoms) removes quotes

Describe the bug the following attribute -'🗣️'(foo). will be formatted without the quotes the first time it's formatted and as an error the second time.

To Reproduce add the attribute -'🗣️'(foo). in a file and format, the output will have the emoji without quotes.

Expected behavior it should keep the quotes

Rebar3 Log doesn't crash, it just produces invalid output
