Support running Hologram on servers

We've got developer workstations covered but what about servers not running in EC2?

Is there anything preventing this? It seems like I should just be able to run the agent on any machine, if it's configured appropriately.

That's a good point, I don't really think there's anything preventing this. We even build debian packages for the agent already.

I'm going to leave this issue open for a bit to do some testing and ensure there aren't any gotchas around.

What we don't really have is support for running a hologram server in a non-EC2 host, but that's a fairly trivial change (just allow AWS keys to be passed through config/env). I'm not sure how much of an edge case this is, but it would at least help us with our testing.
