[feature request]Customize Block List

Can you show us about how the ad list is formed, and allow us to add items to that list?

these lists are compiled-in apk. as for now it's only way to rebuild apk with the updated ad lists. But idea to don't touch system r/o partition and block hosts on fly is very good
