Sunburst clock is not showing data after midnight

"Sunburst clock" is not showing data after midnight. Probably because of the "Start of day" setting...

"Timeline (barchart)" shows the wanted data without any problems:

Now, I found out that it excludes data during this period: 00:00 – 04:00 (Start of day). As mentioned by @spockderpants on Discord, changing the Start of day value to 00:00, fixes the issue.
