Add support for gamepads

This library might be useful: https://github.com/zeth/inputs

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be very well maintained, but worth a try.

I should add that this issue has quite some history...

This works fine on Windows 10 (see: https://github.com/ActivityWatch/activitywatch/issues/512), but maybe not on Linux or macOS.

Also, inversely, would be nice to have an option for no support for gamepads.

With age, they generate false input easily and not always do their drivers allow setting dead zones (frowning at my Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller with disapproval).
