aw-server not running in catalina macOS

• OS name and version: catalina macos 10.15.7
• ActivityWatch version: latest repo

Describe the bug

I have cloned the latest activity Watcher app in my mac os and made a build. I have executed following command:

• make build
• make package
• make dist/ActivityWatch.dmg

On double click of ActivityWatch application, it's running but giving error of module aw-server quit unexpectedly. On restart click still not running. Also, I tried to run from the modules menu but still not running.

It's giving me the following error.

Expected behavior

I need it to run on double click of ActivityWatch.app clicks or click from the modules menu.

Can someone please help me out with this, I would be very thankful.

I don't think I can be immediately helpful here (not sure what does differently on your machine than in our CI).

But I wanted you to know that the screenshot you posted was helpful (never seen exception raised when loading the JSON schema before!) and it might help me solve the underlying issue in the future.
