AFK time being included in browser

• [x] I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate.

• OS name and version: Ubuntu 21.10 x86_64

• ActivityWatch version: v0.11.0

In the browser panel (in my case in summary), in top browser domains and urls the afk time is displayed whereas in top applications it is correctly displayed

To Reproduce

In my case, just taking a look in "top browser urls" and the afk time shows there

Expected behavior

Not counting afk time in those urls or include a toggle
