Description of `aw-qt.exe` is missing on Windows

OS name and version: Windows 10 v. 21H1

Describe the bug
Description of aw-qt.exe file is empty.
To Reproduce
- Install ActivityWatch.
- Go to the folder with installed ActivityWatch.
- Open the Properties of the aw-qt.exe file.
Expected behavior
All fields in the File Description are filled in.

Because of this, for example, the name of the file (aw-qt.exe) is displayed in the Startup list, although the name of the application (ActivityWatch) should be, like in Windows Terminal. And also applications for checking application updates, for example, SUMo, cannot work with this file due to the absence of a version in its description.
