Larch code that writes excel files of results does not close file

The Larch code that writes the excel files of results seems to hold onto the file after it is written instead of closing the file and releasing the lock on the file. To reproduce the bug, run an estimation notebook, open up the output excel file, then try to save it. Excel will throw an error.
