Adding Improved Internal Calculation Reporting

Ideally Phase 5 Task 4 will include the ability to export / output decisions that are determined internally that may not be getting saved currently. Examples of valuable information that ActivitySim needs to be able to export:

• Identifying which traveler is the driver (not just whether the ride is shared or not)
• Providing the length of time the vehicle is parked, what payment method the driver choose (hourly, daily, monthly) and cost that the traveler paid to park.
• similarly how much did a given traveler for a given trip pay in transit fare. The common theme is - do the values show up in a travel survey. If so, and they are calculated internally but not exported, we need to find a way to export the internally calculate values.
