Move ConceptFusion from "LLM" to "other Foundation Models"

The ConceptFusion technique does not use LLMs for 3D understanding. It uses foundation models like CLIP and AudioCLIP for scene understanding. There is a section in the paper on integrating ConceptFusion with LLMs but that is not the main focus of the paper.
