Dictation Recognizer is always off

I want to try the HoloBot, but I only get the message "Dictation Recognizer is now off" in the console. When I try to debug I get the status "failed" for the dictation recognizer. Does someone have an idea why it will not initialize correctly? I tried Unity 2018.4.4 and Unity 2017.4.1

Are you using the code from the Dev-2018.4-MRTKv2 branch? This is where the latest code currently is. If you did, did you make sure to get a Cognitive Services Speech API key?
