Automatically set policy on Other Device

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. BankID mandates that we should set a policy to require Mobile BankID if the user has selected "Another device": image

What area is it related to Configuration

Describe the solution you'd like Right now we allow for policies, but don't set any defaults. We should default to this policy for the AddOtherDevice() option.
