Bump axios

If possible, please bump axios to 1.8.2. Older versions of axios have a security concern: https://github.com/axios/axios/issues/6463

I agree, that would be great. And it's fairly urgent now, as axios has a critical vulnerability through it's use of form-data - https://github.com/axios/axios/pull/6970
