Offer to Help Improve Documentation (Introduction)

Hi, 68k-news is awesome.

I would really like to help contribute to the project. The README.md really could use some content.

I have a few sections in mind:

• A general description and introduction
• Why someone would want to run their own instance
• Requirements
• How to install it
• How it works
• How to expand it

Once that's up and running, I'd like to explore offering a dark mode and how to get IOS's reader mode working by default.
