Add OpenSearch stream implementation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Provide a stream implementation for OpenSearch

Describe the solution you'd like Provide an implementation to fetch stream from OpenSearch. Just the module implementation, I can manage the wiring and dependencies myself for the time being (once https://github.com/Aconex/scrutineer/issues/57 is done, I can easily switch over)
