Lag, windows 10 build to freezing after running, since a few version back.

To be fair I'm not sure if its my end, but iv formatted replaced hard drives stress tested the system and the system is fine. before all the above I had installed over and over krita and the AI plugin before format. Now to be clear there no issues anywhere else only in Krita with AI and after running it. I don't know if there is a setting needs doing in Krita to help the AI interface, I also don't know if its because I have python installed on my system and the plugin installs its version and cant run without its version installed.

I am on Windows 10.

I originally thought it was my PC but after replacing parts of the PC and formatting I realize its not my system, I though I was having hardware issues and the AI was stressing it, but its only typing in the interface of the AI plugin with the plugin installed. typing lags etc is only in these screens, not the prompt screen, so adding negative or style prompt etc to a model, aprox 3sec delay till text key stroke shows etc

After running krita and AI diffusion its like a WIM stack or something where windows eventually slows closing windows and then freezes, if explore is restarted its fine for a bit till it builds and crashes again. iv checked logs error reports there nothing. PC is fine as long as i don't run this I tested by only gaming and stress testing the system, memory tests, GPU tests, CPU tests for a week strait no issues, then tried Krita with the plugin and sure enough later the system stalls. there seems to be a hook or something causing this is the only thing I can think of.

any input this this if its known etc would be great. feels like a stack issue

RAM, VRAM full? resolution too high? resolution scaled to 1.5x? open the task manager in performance tab see what is bottlenecked?
