Install Error

When I try to install, I get an error Image

If you try to open the link in the browser by copying from the log, then there is also nothing, the page does not open, swears at SSL.

Can you tell me what could be wrong and how to resolve this issue?

There is either something wrong with GitHub's SSL certificates: in that case you can only wait and try again later.

Or there is something wrong with SSL setup on your system or your ISP / internet connection. Can't really help you there, if it doesn't work in the browser either (or if you get a warning) it likely has nothing to do with the plugin.

Is there any other way to get this file and manually place it in the directory?
