Include fs-verity method to read-only files

From Reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/rust/comments/vgdexv/file_integrity_monitoring_software_in_rust_file/ the user /u/chrysn suggest to include the fs-verity method. From my research is a way on ext4 filesystem to check read only integrity in files. It is a really interesting feature to include in our file integrity monitoring.
