Consider alternative CASPaxos implimentation instead of Gossip

Either using compile-time code generation or inheriting from base classes (not strictly poco) or Reflection.Emit or something of that nature.

I only see request metrics. What do I need to do to enable request metrics? I made every return, returning 500 errors, but I only see 200 requests, not 500...
