Prevent accidental activation when head is turned

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a user turns their head it can cause activation by accident which is annoying

Describe the solution you'd like When the head is turned or obscured we should stop tracking

Additional context This should be able to be disabled as some people might not want it enabled
