Only re-process changed markdown files (instead of all)

I added a lot of content to the master branch, so our internal testers can test it. It is (nearly) the full selection of the final content.

As such, re-processing all markdown files all the time is extremely time-intensive, and we should configure the project in such a way that only changed files are re-processed.
