[BUG] emailSendDefinition deploy fails

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

When I am trying to deploy a emailSendDefinition it fails with a error ☇ error creating emailSendDefinition '<ActivityName>': Exception occurred during [CreateEmailSendDefinition] ErrorID = 948615355 (Code 42116)

Expected Behavior

No response

  2. Click on '....'
  3. Run '...'
  4. See error...
