[FEATURE] Split off campaignAsset into its own metadata type / CSCLSROZ-525

currently part of the campaign-class.

this was noted while testing out createDeltaPackage which failed here

 

should be included similar to dataExtensionField where campaign is the leading class that includes campaignAsset, potentially but necessarily bypassing the default dependency model
