[BUG] reloadBUs get config error about empty BU list...

Current Behavior

meanwhile the config looks like this:

Expected Behavior

instead it should do 2 things: a) show me this error only on OTHER commands b) not tell me to run mcdev upgrade

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Run '...'
4. See error...
