[BUG] Upsert response not equal to retrieve: Automation CSCLSROZ-314

expected:

deploy folder and retrieve folder should show the same json for a deployed file, except for created/lastsaved info.

actual: 

left = deploy; right = retrieve folder (after deploy was executed)

the next retrieve gets the normal format back
