Fix Compilation Errors

Stack used to complain about Paths modules not being in autogen-modules section and wasn't able to compile the project.

Description

This should fix the issue of the project not compiling by adding autogen-modules sections to every cabal file.

Motivation and context

This change is required because the project didn't compile before.

How has this been tested?

I changed stack-9.0.yaml to stack.yaml, and modified stack.yaml to use the latest version of llvm-hs which I had downloaded and archived locally.
