send multipart/alternatives emails for text/plain only MUAs

This is a simple patch to allow text/plain in e-mails sent by consul-alerts. Not tested here so may need more than a simple review.

I like the idea. I think it may be best as a configurable option to send either HTML, plain or multipart.
