CueGUI show host as 'UP' with 21 hours ping

Describe the bug I just started CueGUI after a long time not running. In Monitor Hosts the local computer now shows as UP even tho the ping is 77000+ and RQD is not running.

Expected behavior Host should be DOWN since RQD is not running and has not responded in a long time. I would expect CueGUI to notice the framework and set host hardware status to DOWN immediately when reading the sky high ping number.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure local host is listed and up
2. Close cuebot and rqd
3. Wait hours
4. Start CueGUI

Additional context Windows 11 environment. OpenCue components runs from downloaded source. Everything runs on the local computer. No Docker.

Host is now listed as 'DOWN'. It took maybe 5-10 minutes to update after CueGUI started. Which in my opinion is way to long.

In our environment it takes less than 1 min for a host to be set as Down after cuebot stops receiving pings. I'll double check what timeouts we have configured.
