OFX plug-ins: OCIODisplay "view" menu doesn't respect selected "display" (Flame)

Doug and I noticed that the "view' menu doesn't seem to update when the "display" selection changes. We observed this on Flame 2020 -- not sure about other hosts. Also not sure if a proper fix is possible, or if a workaround is needed to show all display-view permutations in a single menu.

I tested on Resolve and the View menu is updated when I change the Display.
