Add UdonSharp checks and adjust accordingly
Allows for most of the VRSL to run in Unity standalone without fully relying on UdonSharp
Will need to spend a bit more time reviewing this one as there's a lot of file changes, but it does seem like it should be fine for the most part. Might be one small thing I need to check mainly.
