Ghost block don't work

I have forge 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2835, and secret rooms mod - 1.12.2 - 5.6.4. If I place the ghost block, to any block, it will always be a stone block. It's because I using Optifine? Please can someone help me? (Sry for my bad english, but I speak Hungarian)
