Naive BIas giving poor result

Hi author...

I just have added NB classifier but it is giving me poor result i.e on the ratio of 80:20 it is giving 55% and on the ratio of 50 50 it is giving 44%.

1. Can you tell me the reason?
2. Plz suggest any other classifier that suits the data type ?
