Wrong cat sorting with specific letters

Hello. Found a bug that cats with some specific letters in the beginning of their names do not sort properly. For example, russian letter "ё", which is between "е" and "ж" (dunno why i said that), but these two letters sorts correctly. What I mean, that cat whos name begins with "е" or "ж" will be in normal place, but "ё"-cat is in the beginning of all the cats. No screenshot, unfortunatly.
