add poker plugin

.poker should create a poker game and send a pm to each player online telling them their hand. Then it shows a deck in the main channel and will ask players if they want to fold, raise call etc.

@iamnishant14 it doesnt need to be a poker chatroom but you could add a new channel to the autojoin list if you wanted. I have implemented this in another project so if you need some help let me know.
