which photoshop version do you have?  also do you see the images in the output directory?

@songjiping That's because we've changed where we store the images. you will find the path foreach project in the settings tab

it's possible that your system is already using the port 8000. you can troubleshoot using this command ``` netstat -o ```

you need to add python to your system path.
