@songjiping one of the dev is currently researching the VAE, and Hypernetworks, subject. the VAE that gets used is most likely the one that is in the loaded in the cache by Automatic1111's Webui. We plan on adding a feature to allow you to select different hypernetworks and VAE from within the plugin.

I don't fully understand the second issue, do you mean add simplified Chinese support to stable diffusion? one option will be to translate your prompt from Chinese to English.
