I cant update to version 1.2.4 adobe wont install plugin using ccx

Whilst i have version 1.2.2 installed and working when i click the one-click installer Adobe Cloud says in a big red box "Couldnt install plugin - Error code 2" which allegedly relates to no space left, but i have tons :( Ive tried all versions and methods to update. Any clues?

Do you have creative cloud install? you will need it to install via .ccx file. Can you share a screenshot of your photoshop plugin folder?

ive tried all teh methods, that folder is only there because i dragged it in there
