Damn, it seems like a lot of stuff was changed in this version, I managed to get some models mounted correctly, but for whatever reason the container gets stuck on startup.

If there is any collaboration we can do, let me know. I'm using all three services now, currently doing all the model download stuff with invoke. That might be why it's frozen for you? - looks like 10s of GB of diffuser, controlnet, embeddings, models and support stuff like CLiP downloading for me on slow internet - everything in this file. If you place links in the autoimport folder it appears it does a good job of sorting them out at least.
