I'm guessing the new networking functions added in 0.4.0 and the usage of the `net` package could have caused a dependency on LibC, it's however, not supposed to do that...
The dependency on LibC is in itself is therefore a bug.
I don't think Wikidata exposes that type of metadata in WDQS right? (That would be awesome)

The data from federal subjects are taken into the counters, but the list could probably do with some smart listing so that subjects and countries aren't equally prominent.
