Embedded Controller in random state when DellFanKeepAlive exits

Currently, DellFanKeepAlive does not change the state of the EC when it exits. It is simply left in whatever state it happens to be in. It would be nice if there was a command-line option to tell it to either enable or disable the EC when it exits. Thank you.
