[Feature request] * Use NVIDIA SDR to HDR10 conversion *

Nvidia added conversion from SDR to HDR10 for playing videos: https://blogs.nvidia.com/blog/rtx-video-hdr-remix-studio-driver/ Can this be added to Waifu2x? I think it is not yet included in NVIDIA Video Effects SDK.
